PythGuard monitors leveraged DeFi positions in real-time using all three Pyth features: Pyth Price Feeds for live prices across 8 crypto assets (BTC, ETH, SOL, PYTH, BNB, XRP, DOGE, AVAX), Pyth Pro for commodity and FX macro signals (Gold, WTI Crude, EUR/USD, GBP/USD) to calculate a cross-asset danger score, and Pyth Entropy to generate tamper-proof, verifiable receipts when price alerts are registered.
What It Does
Most exchanges warn you when liquidation is seconds away — PythGuard warns you before the macro environment that causes liquidations even develops.
It monitors your leveraged positions in real-time using Pyth Price Feeds, overlays a cross-asset Macro Danger Score (Gold, WTI Crude, EUR/USD, GBP/USD via Pyth Pro) that historically precedes crypto selloffs, and uses Pyth Entropy to generate a tamper-proof cryptographic receipt for every alert you set — proving it existed before the price moved.
The Two Things Exchanges Don’t Do
1. Macro Danger Score (Pyth Pro)
Binance and dYdX will warn you when your position is already at 95% liquidation. They won’t tell you that Gold is surging, the dollar is strengthening, and WTI is spiking simultaneously — a cross-asset pattern that has historically preceded sharp crypto selloffs.
PythGuard pulls Gold, WTI Crude, EUR/USD, and GBP/USD continuously via Pyth Pro and computes a composite danger score in the right panel. When macro stress is building, you see it before it hits your position health score. That’s the real early warning.
2. Pyth Entropy Alert Receipts
Every time you register a price alert in PythGuard, Pyth Entropy generates a tamper-proof receipt — a sequence number and hash that cryptographically proves your alert was set before the price moved. No exchange offers this. It’s on-chain provenance for your trading decisions, useful for anyone who needs to demonstrate they acted on information ahead of time rather than after the fact.
