Request for development US equity and historical-price access — Meridian on Solana

Hi Pyth team,

I’m building Meridian, a daily closing-price prediction market application on Solana, and would like development/trial access to Pyth US equity feeds and historical signed updates.

Required tickers: AAPL, MSFT, GOOGL, AMZN, NVDA, META, TSLA.

Current status: Our public demo uses a disposable hosted Solana validator with mock collateral. We are preparing devnet deployment and live oracle acceptance testing.

Demo: Meridian

Access issue reproduced October 8, 2026: My API key successfully returns HTTP 200 for BTC and TSLA historical prices, but AAPL, MSFT, GOOGL, AMZN, NVDA and META return HTTP 403 with “Not entitled” for the equity/spot feeds.

Reproduction (key omitted):

default endpoint: GET https://pyth.dourolabs.app/v1/fixed_rate@1000ms/history
query: symbol=Equity.US.AAPL/USD&from=1781079582&to=1783671582&resolution=1D
header: Authorization: Bearer <PRIVATE_API_KEY>

For AAPL the error is: “Not entitled: feed 922 (no grant accepts this feed (asset type ‘equity’, instrument type ‘spot’, exchange 1))”. The other five restricted tickers return the same entitlement error for their respective feeds.

What we need:

  • The previous trading session’s closing price to generate daily strike grids.
  • The current session’s closing price for on-chain settlement.
  • Historical signed updates around those closing timestamps, including early-close sessions.

Could you enable development/trial access for the six restricted equities, including historical data and signed updates for Solana settlement, or advise which plan is required?

Could you also confirm:

  1. Which feeds or message fields represent the regular-session close rather than extended-hours prices?
  2. Which API and Solana verifier should we use for those signed updates? Our current prototype uses the Pyth Solana Receiver SDK, and we want to verify the correct integration for these feeds.
  3. What historical retention and rate limits apply?

You can reach me here as @mheilman. I can provide my Pyth Terminal account email privately to identify the account.

Thanks!

Hey,

Mind sharing your email address?

  1. You can check the schedule / market hours on the metadata api or pyth.com (has a 24/5 filter)
  2. Both should be listed here: Consume Data on Solana and Fogo | Pyth Developer Hub
  3. Rate limits are as followed (see TCs on pyth.com)

- Concurrent WebSocket connections: 20

  • Signature-enabled WebSocket connections: 10, within the 20 total
  • Unique feeds: 200 across all active WebSocket connections
  • HTTP requests: 100 requests/second, measured as a rolling 1-second average

Hi Kemar, sure thing, my email address is ericmheilman@gmail.com. Understood, I will check that api and I am aware of the rate limits.

I am still getting this error, if this is something we can work out please let me know.

Retested the key you previously supplied:

  • TSLA: HTTP 200; historical data returned.
  • AAPL, MSFT, GOOGL, AMZN, NVDA, META: HTTP 403 “Not entitled.”

The key authenticates, but the six additional equity permissions are still missing.

Are you sure you are querying the US Equity directly and not the 24/7 indices?

You have the US Equity package which cover the 24/5 feeds.

What IDs are those for the errors?
